Private Dining Room

 

 

We have a new beautiful solid cherry wood board room style table in our private dining room.

Weddings, Anniversaries, Birthdays, Business Meeting with power piont presentations or just a little privacy!

North 54's private room has already hosted countless memorable lunches and dinners and has become a firm favorite for many.

This private room can accommodate up to 16 guests, for larger parties we have a closed off section in the

front dining room that can accomodate up to 24 guests.

Course #1

Chili Lime Prawns

Served on a bead of heart of palm with a garlic white wine butter sauce

 Or

Baked Goat Cheese in Phyllo

Stuffed with sundried tomatoes, mint and cranberries

with a pistachio butter sauce

Course #2

Lobster Ravioli

Served with a saffron tomato cream sauce

Or

 Gnocchi

Sweet Potatoe gnocchi topped with cherry tomatoes in a sage brown butter sauce

Wine pairing: Gehringer Brothers Chardonnay, BC

Course #3

Rib Eye Steak

28 day aged charbroiled 12oz ribeye steak with a morel mushroom cream sauce served with garlic infused double cream mashed potatoes

Or

Tuna

 8 ounce Grilled Ahi tuna steak with a citrus, pink peppercorn strawberry burre blanc sauce topped with balsamic reduction

on lemon parmesan risotto

Stoneleigh Pinot Noir, New Zealand

Dessert

Chocolate Ganache

Chocolate ganache infused with Grand Marnier and Champagne

 with whipped cream and peppered plum jam
